This hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located near restaurants and public transportation. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities and a lovely outdoor table. The breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.

This hotel provides great value for money! The rooms are equipped with all the usual amenities one might need, and I particularly enjoyed having an outdoor table in the room to enjoy the lovely surroundings. The gym and pool are fantastic and really add to the overall experience. Lastly, the location was perfect for me as it was easy to move around the area, close to the airport and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

All in all, my stay was very comfortable and everything was just perfect.

This hotel has exceptional value for money. For the price, we got a really big, clean and modern room, with a comfortable bed and a great living room area. The hotel also has a pool and gym with a stunning view of the city and mountains. The location is perfect and it's easy to move around the area, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Lastly, the basic amenities were all there, including a room with an outdoor table and a good breakfast.

The hotel could improve on the room temperature control, as one of the reviews mentioned the shower water temperature turning freezing cold or burning hot.

We stayed in a beautiful room with exceptional lighting and stunning artwork. the pool and gym area was a treat, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings. The common area for the five rooms was great for relaxation and socializing. we enjoyed the location's convenience with many great attractions nearby, making exploring a breeze.

The room lacked air conditioning, which made it difficult to get a comfortable temperature, and the bed was quite old and uncomfortable at times.

Spacious and clean room with great service. The hotel staff was always willing to help with any request we had. We enjoyed the room's modern design and plenty of closet space. The terrace view was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

No air conditioning in the room, which made it necessary to keep the window open at night. This resulted in a lot of noise from the traffic outside and the airport.

We had a great experience during our 5-night stay at Apart-Hotel Terraesperanza. The staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. We loved the amazing view from our room. It was also a pleasant surprise to discover a lovely café called Cafe Vienes nearby, where we could enjoy hot beverages.

Had a blast during New Year's Eve with my friends! the complementary party place on the roof had amazing views of the city and made for a perfect celebration. the pizza was delicious, homemade and definitely a highlight of the night. the hotel's prime location made it easy to hop to nearby restaurants and bars for an ultimate night out.

The street near the hotel was loud at night and there wasn't much soundproofing in the rooms. Aside from that, the rooms lacked ceiling fans, making it a bit uncomfortable during the night and especially after a night out.

Extremely clean and well cared for. Access to pool and balcony. Stunning views. Huge and nice room overall. Great illumination system and rooftop pool. Suite felt like an apartment. Kitchen and living room available.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel/apartment. The room was spacious and fully furnished with a fridge, oven, microwave, and even a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and there were TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent with a nearby mall and access to public transportation. The rooftop pool and gym had amazing views of the city and mountains.

No negatives from this hotel. It was a wonderful experience with no drawbacks.
